Cross Cultural

It is January. For many seminarians that means time for cross cultural experiences. I am in Davenport/Bettendorf right now preparing to cross into the great state of Illinois for my cross cultural experience. I've spent a lot of time there in my life, but not in the capacity which I will be these next few weeks. I've been looking forward to it in many ways. Of course, it is particularly interesting to end up in Chicago just as we approach the inauguration of the President.

Others will be spending their time in Tanzania, the Dakotas, Atlanta, and even in our own twin cities. We're blessed with these occasions for experience and learning.
