In a week....
by Nina
In the last week, I have breathed air in Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Tennessee, and Louisiana. I have visited friends, family, and colleagues in homes, coffee shops, convention centers, jazz clubs, and the likes of Bourbon Street. I have traveled in cars, taxis, airplanes. It has certainly been an adventure.
In a week, we at Luther will be starting a new semester. It will be a big change from the extensive traveling I've been doing the past 3 weeks. It will also be a change from the day-t0-day rhythm of being in CPE. I am looking forward to the change. I am excited for most of my classes - Christian History, Middler Preaching, Children Youth and Family Ministry for the Sake of the World, and the Gospel of Luke.
I am excited enough that I don't even have a bad attitude about the readings assigned before class begins (which is a pretty big deal). One week to go.
